Now an internet site concept with all of what the Ski, Skate, and Extreme Sports enthusiasts really want. Ski-Unique will be an Action Sports Affiliate website, drop shipper, blog, forum, articles, multimedia entertainment, instructional center, and networking center, www.Ski-Unique.com, reviving the Ski-Unique brand that was created by Gary W. Breisch back in 1974 and was in business for over 17 years. The Ski-Unique site will do the same with Ski (water and snow), Skate (board and boot), Wake (ocean and lake), and the extreme sports of today and the future related land and water action sports products, instructions, articles, and memberships. Now Robert E. Breisch carries on the tradition of innovation and revival with this site and services.

Brief History

Started by Water and Snow Ski enthusiast, Gary Breisch, back in 1973 after a successful presidency of the OSU Ski Team as the originator of the largest university Ski Club in the World built from scratch with over 285 members in one short year from the beginning of the promotion. Concepts like an Intercollegiate Water Ski Team was developed by Gary to grew into reality with competitions and funded activities with other universities, show ski teams, and published training techniques way ahead of the times.

Not only did Ski-Unique teach and provide these sports enthusiasts with what then needed for their activities, we designed equipment and invented innovative accessories and played a large role in helping major manufacturers keep on the edge and forefront of new innovative designs and advancements.

Then comes Ski Unique out of an old barn built back in 1912 turned into a professional ski pro shop, then added snow ski pro shop, rollerblades skates and skateboards for a seventeen year run with improvements in those and the beginnings of what is now common to those water, snow, and land sports enthusiasts. Gary was way ahead of his time and carries on the tradition with his son and daughter who are carrying on the tradition of innovation and advancements in new and exciting versions of the original concepts with wakeboarding and many other action sports and specialties that we now call extreme sports.
